1. Warranty Coverage
All products purchased from avelalights-dubai.com are covered by a warranty period of 2 years from the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and issues related to material or workmanship under normal residential use.
If your product is defective or does not function as intended under normal use, you may be eligible for a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the situation.
2. Warranty Conditions
To qualify for a warranty claim, please ensure the following:
- The issue is reported promptly upon discovery.
- Valid proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or invoice) is provided.
- The defect is not caused by misuse, mishandling, improper installation, modification, or accidental damage.

5. Return Shipping
If your warranty claim is approved, Avela Lights Dubai will cover the cost of return shipping for repairs or replacements. If the claim is rejected (e.g., due to user damage), you may be responsible for shipping fees.
6. Limitations
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized modifications, negligence, acts of nature, or normal wear and tear. It also excludes any indirect or consequential damages, unless required under UAE law.
